Return Policy

When returning a product purchased directly from us and within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding freight/insurance), credit, or an exchange. Any non-defective merchandise Return may be assessed a restocking fee. There will be no refunds after 30 days.

For replacements or repairs, contact support for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please provide us with your customer account, invoice number, item number, and description and explanation regarding nature of problem. Customer will pay return shipping to us, and difference for special shipping method when returned to customer.
